NorTerra completed the demolition, excavation and replacement of aging catch basin infrastructure at a retirement village. The work included removing damaged concrete, exposing underground drainage structures, setting replacement components, rebuilding the base, and preparing the area for restoration. Because this was an active community property, the work had to be managed with safety, clean access routes, and minimal disruption to residents.

This industrial project involved removing deteriorated asphalt from a loading and work area, hauling material to disposal, preparing the subgrade, rebuilding the granular base and completing a reinforced concrete pad for heavy-use traffic. The project demonstrates NorTerra’s ability to coordinate demolition, trucking, grading, concrete preparation and site cleanup on active commercial and industrial properties.

NorTerra dismantled and removed an aging backyard structure, loaded and hauled away debris, and cleaned the work area for future use. The project required careful demolition beside existing concrete, fencing and neighbouring structures while keeping the property organized throughout the process.

NorTerra completed this backyard hardscape project in a tight residential access area where larger equipment could not work. Using compact equipment, the area was excavated, graded and prepared before patio stones were installed around the shed and side-yard corridor. The finished area created a clean, durable and low-maintenance access route while protecting the surrounding property.

This commercial concrete demolition project was completed at an apartment complex pool area with restricted gate access. NorTerra used a Bobcat MT100 compact track loader to move through the limited access point and complete the removal work without bringing oversized equipment into sensitive common areas. This is the type of job where the right equipment and careful planning make the difference.

NorTerra prepared this residential property for a new concrete driveway installation. Work included excavation, grading, base preparation and formwork layout. Good concrete starts below the surface, and proper preparation helps prevent settlement, poor drainage and premature cracking.

After water service replacement left the front yard disturbed and uneven, NorTerra restored the property with grading, surface preparation and lawn rehabilitation. The finished result improved curb appeal and left the property looking clean, level and complete.

This property needed a practical reset. NorTerra cleaned up the side yard, corrected grades, installed decorative stone for low-maintenance drainage and restored the backyard with fresh sod. The project turned a rough, underused space into a clean and functional yard.

NorTerra removed a deteriorated residential concrete landing beside a front entrance. The work was completed carefully around the existing stairs, railings, driveway and landscaping, leaving the area ready for replacement construction.
